2025 Coverings Installation & Design Awards

The Coverings Installation & Design (CID) Awards celebrate outstanding achievements in the design and installation of ceramic tile and stone in residential, institutional, and commercial projects. Projects are judged on their levels of creativity, craftsmanship, and outstanding use of materials in the use of ceramic tile or stone within the project categories.

The Coverings 2025 CID Awards are now accepting submissions for outstanding tile and stone projects completed between January 2023 and December 2024. Organizations may submit up to three entries for free, and projects can be entered into multiple categories if they meet the specific criteria. Submissions will be judged separately based on installation and design, with a focus on originality, innovation, and sustainability. Winning projects will be recognized at Coverings 2025 and receive additional benefits, including featured onsite displays, a hotel stay or gift card, and media coverage.

  • Projects must have been completed within the past two years (Jan 2023 – Dec 2024).
  • Each organization is limited to three entries.
  • Each project is eligible to enter more than one category, as long as the work submitted meets the relevant criteria.
  • Projects will be judged separately on tile and stone installation and design, with entry forms specific to each field of work.
  • Of particular interest are projects that demonstrate an original or unusual use of materials, incorporate an innovative technology, reflect installation excellence, or use notably sustainable materials and practices.
  • Projects featured onsite at Coverings 2025
  • One-night hotel stay (or $200 gift card) in Orlando
