The Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) & the Certified Tile Installer (CTI) Program

The Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF) is an educational institution that offers installer certification, as well as local, regional and national training programs for consumers, installers, construction professionals, architects, designers, building inspectors and sales associates interested in the sales and installation of ceramic tile.

CTEF launched the Certified Tile Installer (CTI) program in 2008 to provide a means for good, knowledgeable installers to verify their skills and promote themselves to potential clients and employers.

CTEF, located in booths 970 and 963, currently has numerous educational and training courses available covering all facets of tile and the installation process. Custom programs are regularly created to meet the needs of the industry. Classes are conducted on a year-round basis at the CTEF facility in Pendleton, SC, in addition to numerous satellite programs elsewhere in the U.S. Read the press release to learn more.
