It brings me great pleasure to say that I am the third generation involved in the tile industry. Throughout my childhood I have been a part of our family business. As a young girl I answered phones on my summer vacations, and then as I grew up I took on many different jobs in the office. My love for the industry pushed me to learn more. In 2003, I became a Ceramic Tile Consultant, This certification lead to estimating, managing jobs, and becoming the qualifier for our C-54 license. In an effort to better my management skills I joined a Vistage Group in 2008 which is the worlds leading chief executive organization.
Because of my experience in the industry I have been asked to join the National Tile Contractors Associations Board of Directors making me one of the first women to be on the board representing a contractor. In addition to my role in the NTCA, I am a member of the National Association of Women in Construction -NAWIC.
