Yes. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult and a waiver must be signed at registration.
Accessibility is a top priority at the Georgia World Congress Center. From parking to the trade show floor, the GWCC is ADA compliant. There are ramps at all entrances. Restroom facilities for disabled patrons are provided throughout the facility. They offer ample designated accessible parking, several passenger drop-off areas, and convenient curb cuts for easy access. The GWCC has limited manual push wheelchairs available for use by attendees at no charge while in the building.
Mobility scooters are also available through Mobility Georgia. Please click here to reserve a scooter in advance as only a limited number will be available onsite in Halls B and C lobbies.
The act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibit or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby is prohibited by Coverings and Show Management, and anyone observed approaching buyers in the aisle or in an exhibitor’s booth, who is not a legitimate exhibitor, should be reported to Show Management.
Exhibitors must authorize all photographs of their booth. Should an exhibitor object to their display being photographed, photographs of that display will be prohibited.
The Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) operates two surface lots (Yellow, Blue) and four parking decks (Green, Red, Orange and Silver). The Red and Blue lots will likely be the most convenient for Coverings visitors. Detailed parking and directions can be found here.

Each linear exhibitor will be provided with 8′ high black back drape and 3′ high black side drape. Booths 300 sq ft or less will receive an identification sign.
The Coverings Exhibitor Hub is where exhibitors can update their company profile for the online exhibitor list and mobile app as well as access registration, the Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM), and crucial forms and show information. The Hub is new for 2024, so every exhibitor needs to create a new login to access the system. Please follow this step-by-step guide to learn how to access The Hub.

Exhibitors may “hand carry” booth materials through the main entrance of the facility during official move-in and move-out hours provided they do not use any material handling equipment (dollies, hand carts etc.) to assist them and that it weighs less than 300 lbs. Exhibitors that hand carry materials are not permitted to access the loading dock/freight door areas.
Please note that exhibitors that hand carry in all their materials and do not require any assistance will be refunded their Freeman material handling deposit.
Personally Owned Vehicles (POVs) must go to the Marshaling Yard located at 362 Ivan Allen Jr. Blvd. NW, Atlanta, GA 30313. Once checked in, you will be directed where to unload. Assistance with unloading is available but please know this is considered material handling and a refund of the per square foot material handling charges assessed by Freeman prior to arrival on show site will not be issued.

New for 2024, the Coverings booth primary point of contact must first log into the Coverings Exhibitor Hub to register their booth personnel. Once logged in, exhibitors can find their unique link to register staff located under “Exhibitor Hub” and then “Featured Links.”
