Notice Regarding Unauthorized Housing Providers  

BEWARE OF THIS SCAM: Coverings wants you to be aware of a scam, where someone calls or faxes you, pretending to be an “official Coverings lodging coordinator.” The scam identifies itself as an "Exhibitor Housing Authority." Coverings does not solicit "special offer" lodging reservations via telephone or fax. All lodging reservations are to be made directly by you with the official Coverings 2010 Housing Bureau, The Housing Connection, online. Do not provide your credit card information to anyone other than The Housing Connection. These unauthorized hotel/housing providers are known as room “pirates” and are unable to provide Coverings attendees and exhibitors with complete service.  Coverings works to prevent the unauthorized contact of Coverings customers as well as the inappropriate use of exhibitor names and the Coverings name.  
 
Please be assured that Coverings is committed to providing you quality services to make your Coverings Show experiences positive, and we will vigorously pursue these organizations to prevent unauthorized contact.   If you are contacted by what you believe to be an unauthorized housing provider please contact Michele Nebel Peake, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Coverings 2010 Host Hotels
To follow is a list of hotels in the official Housing Block which are providing discounted rates to Coverings Show attendees.  Shuttle bus service will be provided between official hotels and the Orange County Convention Center except for the Peabody Orlando, Rosen Centre, Red Roof Inn, Days Inn, and Hilton Orlando which are within walking distance of convention center.

Please note: the Hilton Orlando is the only hotel directly connected to the Orange County Convention Center.

Your mobility device can be reserved in advance and will be waiting for you during your event at one of the Convention Center's Business Centers or it can be delivered to your hotel in Orlando.
