Located in Puerto de San Jose, Guatemala, Piel Canela embodies a contemporary vision, combining geometric forms in varying shades of blue to evoke cubism art. Designed with the client’s helicopter arrivals in mind, it offers a breathtaking aerial vista.

The chosen materials, glass mosaic 2 x 2 cm by Intermosaic in ocean, cobalt, and marine blues, adorn every surface of the pool’s interior, walls, and floor. The flexibility of glass mosaics facilitated intricate designs. Meticulous craftsmanship was evident, with each glass tile hand-cut to fit the envisioned patterns.

Overcoming challenges like heat and sunlight, construction primarily unfolded at night, guided by specialized lighting. This remarkably unique design was created by Grupo Watermanía.
