The OCCC has wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and accessible restrooms for those who need them.
Scooter and wheelchair rental services are provided by Scootaround. Through the on-site rental location, guests can rent mobility scooters and wheelchairs for events held at the convention center.
Please note:
All parking at the OCCC is available on a first-come, first-served basis, including disability permit parking. Exact numbers of available spaces vary according to show traffic.
Animals are not permitted on the OCCC premises except in conjunction with an approved exhibit or in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act. Animals that are approved to be on the convention center premises must be on a leash, within a pen, or under similar control. The owner will be fully responsible for his/her animal(s).

The act of soliciting business in the aisles during the exhibit or in other public spaces, including another company’s booth or a hotel lobby is prohibited by Coverings and Show Management, and anyone observed approaching buyers in the aisle or in an exhibitor’s booth, who is not a legitimate exhibitor, should be reported to Show Management.

The Coverings Exhibitor Hub is where exhibitors can update their company profile for the online exhibitor list and mobile app as well as access registration, the Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM), and crucial forms and show information. The Hub was introduced for Coverings 2024, so new exhibitors and those who did not exhibit in 2024 will need to create a new login to access the system. Exhibitors may “hand carry” booth materials through the main entrance of the facility during official move-in and move-out hours provided they do not use any material handling equipment (dollies, hand carts etc.) to assist them and that it weighs less than 300 lbs. Exhibitors that hand carry materials are not permitted to access the loading dock/freight door areas.
Please note that exhibitors that hand carry in all their materials and do not require any assistance will be refunded their Freeman material handling deposit.
The Coverings booth primary point of contact must first log into the Coverings Exhibitor Hub to register their booth personnel. Once logged in, exhibitors can find their unique link under the section titled “Registration & Hotel Info”

Yes, attendees and exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of the complimentary shuttle bus service that will run between official Coverings hotels (that aren’t within walking distance) to get to and from the Orange County Convention Center. View the shuttle schedule here.

In the process of registering, you will be asked if you have a promotional code. If you do not have a promo code, please leave the question blank to proceed with the registration. Please note that non-exhibiting manufacturers are not eligible for discounts that some promo codes provide.
Cancellations for paid registrations are refundable (less a $10.00 processing fee) only if Coverings receives written notice of cancellation on or before April 8, 2025. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after April 8, 2025. If you do not cancel by April 8, 2025, you are still responsible for payment. There will be no refund for any donations made to a Coverings Cares charity.
In addition, if you are unable to attend the Coverings 2025, you may send a substitute. Substitutions must be submitted by the original registrant and can be made any time prior to April 29, 2025. However, printed badges are non-transferable once collected at the Event. You are responsible for ensuring that any substitute sent by you complies with, and agrees to be subject to, the Registration Policies.

A Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer is a company that manufactures or sells products and/or services to the tile and stone industry but does not currently exhibit in Coverings 2025. Suitcasing, the act of soliciting business in the show aisles or other public spaces, is strictly prohibited at Coverings. Coverings 2025 exhibitors receive five free booth personnel registrations per 100 square feet of exhibit space.
Attendees can register for Coverings 2025 by January 5, 2025 to take advantage of free registration! From January 6 – April 28, 2025, a $49 registration fee will apply. From April 29 – May 2, the price will increase to $99.
Attendees include: distributors, retailers, architects/designers, contractors/installers, fabricators, and builders/remodelers. Members of the press and students are also eligible for complimentary registration at any time.
Non-Exhibiting Manufacturers may register for a flat fee of $299. A Non-Exhibiting Manufacturer is a company that manufactures or sells products and/or services to the tile and stone industry but does not currently exhibit in Coverings 2025.
