83 Eagle Street is a boutique condominium project that looks to redefine modern luxury and simplicity.

From the crafted exterior through the light filled interiors and out to the private outdoor spaces, there is a representation of contemporary elegance that aims to set a new standard for the area.

Italian tile was utilized for its material qualities that allowed the interior spaces, especially the large bathrooms, to give a warm and inviting feeling that might normally be reserved for a boutique hotel experience.

The patterns, touch and feel of the tile used was of critical importance in achieving the design vision.
