Saturday, February 23 marks the third annual National Tile Day – a day to honor the beauty, durability and versatility of tile. Throughout the day, Coverings will showcase inspiring images of tile products and applications on its social media channels – including previews of products that will be unveiled at Coverings 2019.
Building on the tile industry’s “Why Tile?” initiative, National Tile Day champions the merits of tile that make it one of the most practical building materials —durability and sustainability; resiliency; versatility in use; ease of upkeep and maintenance; energy efficiency and health benefits, including no volatile organic compounds. These factors allow designers to utilize tile in its many forms to create unique and stunning installations that last a lifetime.
