Ecco on Orange is Orlando’s newest luxury apartment complex. The two-story leasing lobby showcases rich, large format Calcutta porcelain tile floors throughout. The large format Calcutta tile floors were used to set the modern, luxury tone.

A splash of gold tile compliments the back of the coffee bar and has the appearance of being geographic and textured. The leasing lobby includes a restroom with a bold and vibrant blue, glass tile wall, along with the Calcutta tile to create the same high-end feel as the rest of the leasing lobby.

The rooftop Amenity Deck was another space requested to have a complete connection to the open-air rooftop pool deck. The designer addressed this with a porcelain tile to drive the overall design, but also flow outside onto the pool deck, with a seamless transition.

Large format tiles were selected for the inside amenity spaces, while the porcelain paver version was carried outside onto the pool deck.
